Hooray! It's that time again. Each month our Lake of the Ozarks bank has been featuring one of our AWESOME team members in our Get to Know Our Team blog series. This month, we are excited to introduce you to our own Erin Robinson. We have asked her a series of ten questions. Keep reading to get to know Erin Robinson a little better. Get to Know Our Team - Erin Robinson

1. How did you get started in the banking industry?
Looking for my first real full time job and applied to be a commercial loan processor and was hired.

2. What is your position at the bank? What are some of your key responsibilities?
VP, SBA Specialist. I help review loans for eligibility, and once approved internally I take the loan through the SBA approval process and work with the borrower, attorneys and title companies to get loans to the closing stage.

3. What brought you to the Lake of the Ozarks?
The job, but then family brought me back to Kansas City and luckily I am able to continue my responsibilities from there.

4. Where did you attend school?
Graduated high school in Jefferson City, then attended University of Missouri, Columbia and Kansas City

5. What do you enjoy the most about your job?
Helping small businesses and having the support of a great boss and teammates

6. How do you enjoy spending your time when not at work?
I love to read, watch movies and play with my grandson

7. When you were young, what did you want to be when you grew up?
I wanted to get into the back room end of politics, doing research, speech writing, etc.

8. What is your dream vacation destination? Why?
The Black Hills in South Dakota. When I was little my family went camping there most summers and I would like to go back as an adult in the wintertime to enjoy the mountains and snow.

9. What is something few people know about you?
I love going to the symphony.

10. If you won the lottery, what would you do?
Buy lots of books.
